Wauwatosa-based Clifton Gunderson LLP recently announced that Terry Halfman and Sean Walker have been named partners in the firm. Halfman and Walker join seven other new partners recently admitted to the firm. Halfman has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. Walker is a partner in the firm’s national assurance practice and joined Clifton Gunderson in 2004. He has more than 12 years of experience and specializes in accounting, auditing and consulting services for government and not-for-profit entities.

NOISE Inc., Milwaukee, promoted Emily Kettner to digital strategies director. She has nearly five years of industry experience and will lead visionary for all NOISE digital marketing efforts.

Vollrath Associates PR, Milwaukee, recently added Liz Grams as account coordinator. She will provide public relations, media relations and general marketing communications services to a broad range of clients. Grams is a recent graduate of the J. William and Mary Diederich College of Communication at Marquette University, with a major in public relations.

Chicago-based Cramer-Krasselt has added Tim McCord as vice president and strategy director of interactive and Matt Rand as vice president and creative director in the firm’s Milwaukee office. McCord previously worked as chief digital officer at LLNS, in New York and lead business development and digital and social marketing strategy for global pharmaceutical brands including Pfizer. Rand spent the last 12 years in Dallas, working in creative director positions at Tribal DDB and IMC2.

Banking & Finance

Ryan Deutscher has joined Wauwatosa-based WaterStone Bank as branch manager of the bank’s Germantown/Menomonee Falls office. Deutscher has more than seven years of banking experience in the Milwaukee area, and recently served as business development officer for Community Bank & Trust in Greenfield.

Michael Gingras has joined the Pewaukee office of Iowa-based The National Bank as senior vice president of commercial loans. Gingras has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and commercial lending industry.

U.S. Bancorp Fund Services LLC, Milwaukee, has added Chuck Gariboldi as vice president and fund accounting operations manager. Gariboldi has more than 20 years of financial industry experience. His most recent role was with U.S. Bank as treasurer of First American Funds. Prior to his tenure with U.S. Bank, Gariboldi served as vice president of investment accounting and fund treasurer at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

Oconomowoc-based First Bank Financial Centre has added Christopher Zirbes to its team as commercial lender, vice president. He has more than 12 years experience in business banking and commercial relationships.

Distribution

Moore Oil Company Inc., Milwaukee, a distributor of oil, petroleum and chemical products, has promoted Andrew Haag to vice president of marketing. He previously worked in operations for the company, where he has worked for the past seven years.

Education

Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, has hired Marshal Frisque as a full-time social media manager on its marketing team. Frisque will be responsible for maintaining all social media content for the university as well as monitoring the university’s online brand and presence.

Gina Madrigrano-Friebus, former vice president of WOW Distributing Company, has received Kenosha-based Carthage College’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award. She was one of the founders of the Professional Women’s Development Network. She is now board president of the recently-established Kenosha chapter of Tempo International Inc.

Health Care

Froedtert Health Medical Group, Wauwatosa, has announced the addition of neurologist Dr. Sophos Geroulis, to its medical staff. Geroulis is trained to provide the full scope of neurological medicine and specializes in epilepsy, sleep medicine and the effects of sleep on neurologic disorders.

Leslie Galloway Sherard has been named director of diversity and inclusion programs for Glendale-based Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. She has worked in the fields of diversity and human resources with Wisconsin Energy Corp. since 1998.

Insurance

Paul Grunau has joined Milwaukee-based Health Payment Systems as executive vice president. Grunau formerly served as chief operating officer of APi Group.

Legal Services

Ryan Kromholz & Manion, S.C., Brookfield, has added Meghan Coffey as an associate attorney. Coffey received both her bachelor of science in biomedical engineering and law degrees from Marquette University.

Management Services

C.H. Coakley & Co. Inc., Milwaukee, has promoted Ezekiel Gipson to sales and customer service manager for the records retention and American Micrographics division of the company. Gipson has worked for C.H. Coakley as the sales and customer service manager of the records department since 2009.

Manufacturing

Norstar Aluminum Molds Inc., Cedarburg, has promoted Robert Mueller to sales manager. He has more than 31 years of experience in the rotational molding industry mostly in the manufacture of tooling but has also spent time in rotational molding operations.

Nonprofits

The Lutheran Home Foundation Board recently named David Raysich, managing partner of Plunkett Raysich Architects LLP; and Mark Krueger, partner with Wipfli LLP, as new directors of the foundation. The Lutheran Home Foundation raises funds and provides philanthropic support that enables the Lutheran Home to continue to provide compassionate care and services to older adults.

The Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Wisconsin chapter has named Sara Graves as its new development coordinator. Sara’s responsibilities include donor management, Walk to End Alzheimer’s participant recruitment, and coordination of corporate support for major events presented by the Alzheimer’s Association. Prior to joining the Alzheimer’s Association, she worked as a volunteer coordinator and a field organizer.

Jim Peterson, a partner at Milwaukee-based Foley and Lardner LLP, has been named chairman of the board at St. Aemilian-Lakeside, Milwaukee. John Nowak, chief financial officer at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, is the new vice chairman, and Chris Metrusias, controller at A & A Manufacturing, the new treasurer.

The Waukesha County Community Foundation recently elected officers for the 2011-12 year. The new chairman of the board of directors is Jeff Wiesner, retired partner of Accenture. Stepping down as chairman is Ford Titus, Oconomowoc, who served since 2009. Other individuals elected include: John Macy, partner with Arenz Molter Macy & Riffle S.C.; Ken Riesch, president of R&R Insurance Services Inc.; Kathleen Gray, attorney and partner of Quarles & Brady LLP; Mike Duckett of Brookfield, president of The Duckett Group. Kathryn Leverenz, was elected president of the foundation, succeeding Dave Schultz, who has retired. Individuals elected to the board of directors for 3-year terms included: Gerald Couri, president of Couri Insurance Agency; and Daniel D’Angelo, a partner of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates.

Professional Organizations

Robert Chernow, a finance expert and futurist from the Milwaukee area, has joined the World Future Society’s board of directors. Chernow is best known for successfully predicting the S&L/Mutual Savings Bank crisis years before its massive impact on the U.S. stock market. He later predicted the late 2007 subprime mortgage collapse by examining non-enforcement of bank regulation, fraud in appraisal and credit reports, the use of interestonly loans, and ARMs, among other factors. Prior to entering business and finance, Chernow worked in the area of intelligence at the Special Forces Warfare Center and later in Army Intelligence, both during the Vietnam War.

Publishing

New Berlin-based Marcus Promotions, publisher of Footlights theater programs and the entertainment web site, Footlights.com, has added Caitlin Fuller, Abbey Moore and Sarah Sallmann as graphic designers in its production department.

Transportation

Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc., Cudahy, has promoted Scott Dobak to president of Roadrunner’s Less-than-Truckload (LTL) segment and Brian van Helden to president of Roadrunner’s Truckload segment. Both Dobak and Helden have been with the company since 2007.

Richfield-based Riteway Bus Service Inc., Go Airport Connection, has hired Joshua Smith as operations controller.
