Brookfield-based Celtic Inc., has promoted Marc Bennett to account executive. He joined Celtic as an account coordinator in May 2008.

Wynnie Zuchowski has joined Brookfield-based Bader Rutter & Associates as a group leader in the agency’s account management department. She has more than 18 years of account management experience on both the agency and client sides, most recently as a senior global marketing manager with an office of New Jersey-based Covance Laboratories.

Julie Fay-Krivitz has joined WaterStone Bank’s Oconomowoc branch as assistant vice president and commercial real estate lender. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries. Prior to joining WaterStone Bank, she was a lending/loan officer for the JPMorgan Chase Bank branch in Pewaukee.

Green Bay-based Associated Banc-Corp has hired Joseph Mirasola as vice president of treasury management product development. He has 17 years of banking and finance experience and will be based in Milwaukee.

Building & Construction

J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., Milwaukee, recently added Jerry Carstensen as project manager for the company. Prior to Findorff, Carstensen worked as a project manager for Lake Elmo, Minn.-based Retail Construction Services Inc. Chad Eschler was also recently promoted to serve as Findorff’s special projects group manager.

Chambers of Commerce

Carla Cross has been named the executive director of The Business Council, an affiliate organization of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC). The Business Council’s mission is to create and maximize access to economic opportunities for its members.

Consulting

Tim Savino has joined Vernal Management Consultants LLC, Milwaukee, as a leadership development consultant. He has more than 30 years of experience working with executives in corporate settings, small businesses, government and non-profit organizations.

Health Care

Waukesha-based ProHealth Care announced changes to its senior executive team. Waukesha Memorial Hospital president and CEO Ed Olson will assume the role of chief external affairs for the system and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital President and CEO John Robertstad will assume the role of president of ProHealth Care’s hospital division. Kathy Scott was also hired as the system’s new chief innovation officer. Other individuals who will continue as members of ProHealth Care’s senior executive team with expanded system-wide responsibilities include: Peter Geiss, chief medical officer; Lorna Granger, chief legal officer; Nadine Guirl, chief human resources officer; Jim Lyons, president of ProHealth Care Medical Associates; Nan Nelson, chief financial officer; and Janet Schulz, chief administrative officer.

Dr. Jonathan Treisman, medical oncologist/hematologist, has joined Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group and will serve as medical director for Wheaton’s oncology services throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Treisman has practiced for more than a decade as a part of the former Medical Consultants in Milwaukee. He practices at the Reiman Cancer Center in Franklin.

Insurance

Sheboygan-based Acuity has promoted Josh Tegen to senior inside claims representative. He has been with the company since 1999. Kelly Mueller and Carla Burns were also promoted to senior personal lines under writers.

Legal Services

Quarles & Brady LLP has added Christopher Nickels to the firm’s Milwaukee office as an associate in the labor and employment practice group.

Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. has hired Ricky C. Benjamin as a partner practicing in the areas of litigation-tort and labor and employment counseling/litigation in the firm’s Milwaukee office. Benjamin has more than 20 years of experience providing legal and business advice, both as senior in-house counsel and at national and regional law firms.

Godfrey & Kahn S.C. added Brian Spahn to its litigation practice group in the firm’s Milwaukee office location. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Spahn was a litigation attorney with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP in Washington, D.C.

Landscaping & Maintenance

The Professional Landcare Network recently awarded Chris Kujawa, executive vice president of Kujawa Enterprises Inc. in Oak Creek, with its 2010 Lifetime Leadership Award.

Management Services

Association Acumen LLC, Milwaukee, has named Cindy Lemek, as its executive director of the Society of American Travel Writers (SATW) and the Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society (OAS). She will provide budgeting, finance, meeting planning, board and committee coordination and overall organizational management services for both organizations. She has ten years of experience working with nonprofit organizations as a staff member and as a board member.

Manufacturing

Waukesha-based Dueco Inc. recently appointed Bill Fisher and Adam Krebs to newly created roles as technical support and training specialists. Both joined the company in 2001.

Muskego-based InPro Corp. recently promoted Zoran Krecak to the newly created position of education market manager. For the past five years, Krecak has worked for InPro as an inside sales representative covering door and wall protection products.

Jim Myers has been promoted to director of operations for New Berlin based athletic flooring company SnapSports of Wisconsin.

Maysteel LLC, has named Kevin Matkin vice president of operations and Elizabeth Feldman as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Maysteel, Matkin was president of Premier Precision Group LLC in Minneapolis and Feldman worked for Cooper Power Systems where she served as group controller for the Energy Automated Solutions group and division.

Nonprofit

Milwaukee-based Journey House has restructured its administrative team. Michele Bria has been promoted to chief executive officer, Steve Stanislawski has been promoted to director of operations, Cherise Myers has been promoted to director of community relations. Charles Brown will continue to serve as youth programs director but will also spearhead the 2011 capital campaign.

The Ronald McDonald House in Wauwatosa has added three new members to its board of directors. They include: Mary Kay Mark, senior vice president of Northern Trust Bank; Christopher Daniels, vice president of human resources at Sensient Technologies Corp. and Mark Ship, vice president of access and referral services at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

Professional Organizations

Ken Connor, co-owner of Menomonee Falls-based Connor Remodeling & Design, has been named Certified Professional of the Year by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s Milwaukee chapter. Connor, a 26-year veteran of the remodeling business, was recognized for his many years of service to Milwaukee/NARI.

Real Estate

Irgens Development Partners LLC, Wauwatosa, has added Laurie Trice as executive assistant to the company founder and president Mark Irgens. Trice has a background in real estate services with significant managerial and administrative support experience.

Sandy Schneider recently returned to the Shorewest Realtors West Bend office as a sales associate.

Staffing & Recruiting

Brookfield-based Patina Solutions has added Joseph Smorada as practice director of finance and restructuring. Smorada will help the company secure and execute a wide range of finance and restructuring engagements including part-time and interim CFO engagements.

Pinstripe Inc., Brookfield, has added Angela Calkins as senior vice president of global client services. Prior to joining Pinstripe, Calkins was the director of global talent acquisition for Starbucks Coffee Company where she led the talent acquisition team for the organization.
