The Falk Group, located in Milwaukee, has hired Kris Hoskins as an assistant account executive to help complete projects and campaigns for company clients. The Falk Group has also promoted Brock Diedrick to senior account executive and Raejean Kanter to executive vice president. Kanter will retain her position as director of community relations.

Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications, based in Milwaukee, has hired Emily Madelung as a media assistant. Prior to her new position, Madelung served as the marketing manager at iPic Theaters.

Banking & Finance

Baker Tilly Investment Advisors, LP, has added Kevin Moloney as a wealth manager to work with clients in the Milwaukee and Fox Valley markets. Moloney has more than 14 years of experience catering to business owners, executives and families with investment management services.

Cole Taylor Bank has hired Andrew Rankin as assistant vice president, commercial banking, at the bank’s Franklin branch. Rankin previously worked for Tri City National Bank in Oak Creek as an assistant vice president and was focused on advancing commercial banking relationships.

Kurt Beronja has been named senior vice president, director of sales, support and administration, at Associated Bank in Milwaukee. Beronja has 23 years of experience in the financial industry and previously served as vice president, regional sales manager, for BMO Harris Financial Advisors. In his new role, he will facilitate new market growth, work with his team to increase productivity, and manage non-proprietary mutual fund and annuity product lines.

Child Care Services

Ebenezer Child Care Centers has hired Ana Staten as assistant coordinator at its St. Paul Avenue location in downtown Milwaukee. Staten previously was an early childhood teacher at two other day care facilities in the region and also served as an in-home provider. In her new position, she will help keep the center and its programs operating efficiently and will also work to ensure they are welcoming to all children and fill the developmental needs of all children.

Education

James Piatt has been named president of Messmer Catholic Schools by the Messmer Board of Directors. Piatt comes to Messmer from Brown Deer High School where he has been principal since 2004. His career has also included a position as principal at Dominican High School, a position as associate principal at Franklin High School, and positions as a math and computer teacher and girls’ basketball coach at Messmer.

Mount Mary University, located in Milwaukee, has announced the election of Erickajoy Daniels to its board of trustees for a three-year term. Daniels currently leads global talent management at Brady Corporation in Milwaukee and is also co-founder and vice president of the company’s Women’s Leadership Alliance. She has a leadership capacity with Brady Corporation Foundation as well.

Environmental

Enviro-Safe Resource Recovery, located in Germantown, has added Amy Paikowski as a sales manager for northern Wisconsin and Matthew Hogan as an operation coordinator.

Graphic Design

C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions, head-quartered in Milwaukee, has added Stanislaw Luberda as a part-time video instruction to implement a curriculum focused on video editing and motion graphic software. Luberda brings more than 10 years of experience to his new position. He also currently serves as an adult continuing education instructor at Madison Area Technical College and creative director at Loveless Industries in Milwaukee.

Health Care

Alpha Source, Inc., based in Milwaukee, has welcomed Dan Miller as director of sales. Miller brings 25 years of experience in health care to his new position. Eighteen of those years have been dedicated to roles involving sales and management. At Alpha Source, he will lead domestic and international sales strategies.

Ricardo Diaz has been appointed to the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Board of Trustees. Diaz, who has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit management, currently is executive director for the United Community Center in Milwaukee.

Hospitality & Entertainment

Quality Catering of Milwaukee and Lake Villa, Ill., has added Emily Botma as a registered dietitian. Botman will be responsible for managing menu plans to serve to child care centers and adult day care centers.

Legal Services

Quarles & Brady LLP has brought Jennifer Jackson on board in its Milwaukee office to serve as an associate in its Corporate Services Practice Group. Jackson previously worked as an attorney at Wilson Elser Moskowitz & Dicker LLP.

Manufacturing

Wixon, based in St. Francis, has added Peggy Gruettner as quality manager. In this position, Gruettner will oversee day-to-day responsibilities in the Quality Control department as well as the company’s quality improvement efforts.

Franklin-based Proteus Packaging has hired Kristin Dahm as a customer service representative and Favi Alvarez as a quality systems assistant. Dahm will work with customers throughout the production process from the purchase order to receipt of the product. Alvarez will contribute support to internal customer needs and will also be responsible for assisting office personnel with projects. He will fulfill tasks such as auditing completed packaging requests, mailing invoices, and updating production graphs and will also fill receptionist functions.

Nonprofit

The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), based in Carlsbad, Calif., has appointed Hal Leonard Corporation President Larry Morton chairman of its executive committee. Morton has almost 30 years of experience in the music industry and previously served as NAMM’s vice chairman. He has also participated on the boards of the Music Publishers Association, the American Music Conference, and the Retail Print Music Dealers Association. Morton has been president of Milwaukee-based Hal Leonard Corporation since 1999.

Real Estate

CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. recently promoted Kristin Welsh to director of management and leasing and hired Tim Szeklinski as a property manager. Both Welsh and Szeklinski work out of the company’s Brookfield Lakes Corporate Park located in Brookfield. Welsh has been with the company for seven months and was a leasing director and assistant property manager prior to her promotion. Szeklinski previously worked as a supervising manager with Northern Management in Brookfield and brings more than 15 years of experience overseeing multifamily and commercial real estate to his new position.

Milwaukee-based Siegael-Gallagher, Inc. has hired Devin Tessmer to its Retail Properties Group. Tessmer is a licensed real estate professional and previously worked for Siegel-Gallagher Management Company.

Social Services

Jewish Family Services, Inc., located in Milwaukee, has named Michele Cohen vice president of community based services. Cohen will take over responsibilities belonging to the vice president of older adult services. She will also work with Jewish Family Services Housing, Inc. to enhance coordination of resident services, create community services and partnerships with other service providers, and look into potential public and private partnership opportunities. Cohen, who also teaches at Mount Mary University, previously worked for Jewish Family Services from 2006 to 2009 as vice president of exceptional needs. Prior to her new role at Jewish Family Services, she served as director of clinical services at Willowglen Academy.

Technology

Montage Talent, based in Delafield, Wis., has welcomed Stacy Simpson as a client support manager. Simpson will be responsible for working with Montage Talent clients as they implement the company’s video interviewing technology solutions. The company also recently named Bob Silver western regional sales director and Lafina Ecxford client support manager.

Milwaukee-based Prolitec, Inc. has appointed Aaron Chiesa director of national sales. Chiesa most recently worked as a sales manager for Dreamair, LLC, a partner company of Prolitec. At Prolitec, he will devote his efforts to the luxury and upmarket retail brands as well as hospitality. He plans to work from his base in New York City.

Concurrency, Inc., headquartered in Brookfield, has added Bill Bigus to its senior management team as business productivity practice director and chief architect. Prior to joining Concurrency, Bigus worked for Northwestern, filling roles such as deputy architecture director and Microsoft platform architect. His technology career also includes a role as Microsoft practice manager at BORN Information Services. At Concurrency, Bigus will devote much of his attention to strategic planning for business growth, relationship management and project management.
