Milwaukee-based Park Place Capital Management Inc. has added Kathy Klein as a consultant and portfolio manager. Klein works with institutions, foundations, retirement plans and high-net worth families. Park Place Capital Management also recently hired LeAnne Foster as a consultant. Foster works with the same entities.

Associated Bank has named Michael Sessa vice president, trust administration, in Milwaukee. Sessa, has 14 years of legal and wealth management experience. His career has included a senior trust advisor position with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Co. and a vice president and trust officer role with JPMorgan Private Wealth Management. At Associated Bank, he will help clients with estate planning, focusing on trust, tax and wealth planning strategies.

Milwaukee-based Cleary Gull has appointed Robert Holton vice president in its private client group. Prior to joining Cleary Gull, Holton was vice president of La Bri Group. In his new position, he will focus on client relationship development. In this capacity, he will guide individuals, business owners and organizations through asset management and help them navigate the complexities of intergenerational wealth management.

Milwaukee-based Lichter & Ihle has named Brett Seamons, Ph.D., a partner. Seamons has almost 20 years of experience with individual, team and organization development. He has also headed a spectrum of coaching assignments, organizational studies and leadership assessments. Seamons previously spent 16 years working for RHR International.

Education

Wilma Bonaparte has been selected to serve as vice president of Milwaukee Area Technical College’s Mequon campus. Bonaparte has worked for MATC for 20 years, most recently as dean of its School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Bonaparte succeeds Lucia Francis, who retired in January.

Engineering

Lynch & Associates – Engineering Consultants LLC, has added Brian Cater as director of transportation services at its New Berlin office. Cater is a registered professional civil engineer in Wisconsin and Illinois and has 16 years of industry experience. His career has centered on federal, state and locally-funded transportation projects for state transportation departments, municipalities and county highway departments. He is skilled in project management, roadway design, public involvement, construction management, traffic engineering and signal design, and storm water design.

Health Care

Columbia St. Mary’s has added Dr. Jennifer Moralez to its OB-GYN staff. Moralez will serve as a member of Water Tower OB-GYN in the Water Tower Medical Commons in Milwaukee. She is board eligible in OB-GYN and specializes in health and wellness issues for women and adolescents as well as minimally invasive surgery and labor. Columbia St. Mary’s Health System also recently named Eamonn O’Keeffe director of mission integration. In this role, O’Keeffe will support the priorities of the health system and work to advance the initiatives of the office of mission integration. He will lead workplace spirituality and engagement and model community and associate formation programs and holistic care, among other responsibilities.

Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin has appointed Rick Schneider executive director of occupational health services. In his new position, Schneider will guide strategy development and also lead execution of occupational health services provided to community-based employers. Additionally, he will head the development of a system-wide occupational health program that includes employee health services for the system’s health care network.

Insurance

New Berlin-based HNI has expanded its staff with the addition of Nicole Luckman, a benefits account manager; Leann Kotowski, a benefits account administrator; Jill Kartes, a benefits account administrator; Britta Wagner, a claims assistant; Katie Condon, an account manager for the transportation small business unit; and Alissa Rosenow, an account administrator for the transportation service team.

Interior Design

Waukesha-based Corporate Design Interiors has added Hope Aislinn Dachel as an account executive. Dachel has more than 10 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She will develop new business relationships, promote products and services, and run the internal project team to reinforce client satisfaction. Dachel will work in Corporate Design Interiors’ Waukesha office as well as its new Milwaukee showroom located in the Third Ward.

Legal Services

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP’s Milwaukee office added Edward Kenrick, Michael Gawlik, Turner Swanson, Brent Aussprung and Colin Dunn to its intellectual property practice group. Kenrick is an intellectual property docketing and administrative manager, while Gawlik, Swanson, Aussprung and Dunn are patent engineers.

Milwaukee-based Von Briesen & Roper promoted attorneys Jeffrey Evans, Laurel Johnson, Kelly Noyes and Lauren Triebenbach to shareholders of the firm. Evans, Johnson and Noyes are shareholders in the firm’s litigation and risk management practice group and are located in the Milwaukee office. Triebenbach is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office and works with clients on both commercial and residential real estate and construction issues. She also helps lenders document and restructure large loan transactions.

Marketing

The Marek Group Inc., based in Waukesha, has expanded its direct marketing division with eight professionals. New employees are Maggie Smoot, senior account executive; Garrett Frisbee, business development professional; Naomi Schindler, senior account manager; Tom Dietrich, data & analytics manager; Beth Brunk, account manager; Chris Swenson, IT & variable data specialist; Patty Suprenant, data processing technician; and Dave Dietrich in direct mail production.

Nonprofit

The Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, located in Milwaukee, has appointed Tommy Jostad chief financial officer. In his new position, Jostad will provide financial leadership. He will also have oversight of financial management, regulatory compliance, and human resources. Jostad is a certified public accountant and previously worked for Allen Edmonds Shoe Corp. and Grant Thornton LLP.

The Milwaukee/NARI Foundation, Inc., the educational and charitable branch of the Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Council, Inc., has appointed officers for fiscal 2015. Officers are President Tom Callen of Callen Construction, Inc.; Senior Vice President Chris Klug, of ABC Audio Video LLC; Vice President Chris Holum of Kohler Co.; Treasurer Mike Reuteman of BMO Harris Bank; and Secretary Dave Amoroso of Ron Sonntag Public Relations Inc. Directors were also elected to three-year board terms. They are: Greg Adamec of Milwaukee Millwork; Ronna Bromberg-Pachefsky of Plaster Gallery LLC; Diane Krueger of Carl Krueger Construction; Jennifer Maag of Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting Gallery; and Chris Sisinni of Allied Building Products. Additionally, Ryan Fillinger of A. Fillinger in Milwaukee was elected to an open board position that will be effective through June 30, 2016.

Public Affairs

Capstone National Partners has added Kathryn Wellner as public relations manager in its Milwaukee office. Wellner has about 20 years of industry experience. In her new role, she will focus on creating new PR campaigns and initiatives for clients, roll out media relations plans and budgets, oversee crisis communications and develop relationships with prospective clients. She will also execute Capstone’s internal communications strategy.

Real Estate

Wangard Partners Inc., headquartered in Wauwatosa, has promoted Scott Drees to director of construction.

Technology

Corporate Technology Solutions, of Milwaukee, has added Neil Zielinski as a consultant. Zielinksi previously was a software development intern at Quad/Graphics Inc. At Corporate Technology Solutions, he will work with clients to develop software solutions that can boost their productivity.
