Milwaukee Ballet recently hired Lori Flanigan as education assistant, Britany Karger as corporate and donor relations manager, Rebecca Rinn as executive assistant and

bookkeeper, and Leslie Rivers as marketing associate.

Banking & Finance

First Wisconsin Bank & Trust, Moline, Ill., recently hired Charles Roedel as vice president of commercial lending and Jenean Lovelien as vice president of private client services. Both will work out of the company’s Brookfield office.

Roell Capital Management, Milwaukee, recently announced that Mary Dinslage has joined the firm as operations associate. She came to Roell Capital Management from Kansas City where she worked with a financial planning firm that specialized in estate planning.

North Shore Bank, Brookfield, recently announced that Dane Didier will be the manager of the bank’s new Grafton branch. The branch, which is currently under construction at 2301 Wisconsin Avenue, is set to open this winter.

Biotechnology

Richard “Hardy” Sawall, senior vice president of Midwest Operations for New York-based Innovation Fuels, was recently named vice president of the Wisconsin Biodiesel Association. The Wisconsin Biodiesel Association is a membership trade organization that holds quarterly general meetings and promotes the commercial development, production, marketing, distribution, and utilization of biodiesel and other renewable biofuels. 

Building & Construction

Terry Skebba has joined Construction Forms Inc., Port Washington, as chief financial officer. Skebba will assume all financial responsibilities for the company, including managing the accounting department and directing human resources.

Mortenson Construction, Brookfield, recently announced the addition of Brian Filkins as an integrated construction coordinator.

VJS Construction Services (VJS), Pewaukee, recently announced the addition of Robert Dennik as director of economic and community development for Milwaukee County, to the firm.

Consulting

The Milwaukee office of Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer and Associates, Inc., recently announced the additions of Peter McEnery as a landscape architect, and Diane Rhode as an engineering technician, with a specialty in plumbing design, to its firm. 

Andrew Schultz of R.A. Smith National Inc., Brookfield, has been promoted to construction services municipal group manager in the construction services division. Schultz recently completed the American Council of Engineering Companies’ (ACEC) Engineering Future Leaders program. The class is focused on leadership and career development to launch the engineering industry’s most promising up and coming professionals into leadership roles. 

Northern Environmental Technologies, Inc., Mequon, recently hired Dan Feldt as a senior associate industrial hygienist in the Industrial/Agricultural Division. Feldt specializes in general industrial hygiene and occupational health, indoor air quality, asbestos management, emergency action planning, and process safety management. He has over 28 years of professional experience, most notably as the principal and owner of his own consulting firm. 

Education

South Carolina State Senator Greg Ryberg was recently elected to the Marquette University Board of Trustees. The Eau Claire native and Marquette alumnus is serving his fourth term as a South Carolina legislator. Ryberg graduated in 1968 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. Upon graduation he worked at Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, and at the Sanford Corporation in Chicago before moving to South Carolina in 1977. He also served in the United States National Guard from 1968 to 1974.

Environmental

Wachtel Tree Science & Service, Merton, recently announced the addition of Bill Reichenbach, arborist to its staff. Reichenbach has nearly 30 years experience in horticulture and landscape design, and has been active with the Wisconsin Arborist Association since 1982. 

Health Care

Aurora Advanced Healthcare recently announced that ten new physicians will join the group’s staff at various clinics. Dr. Hardeep Ahuja and Dr. Janell Wilson, Menomonee Falls Clinic; Dr. Paresh Mistry, Brookfield Clinic; Dr. Kevin Dahlman, Good Hope Clinic; Dr. Kathleen Powell Mattioli, Women’s Care Center. In addition, several physicians will add walk-in and specialty services as new physicians. They include: Dr. Atoosa Etminani Amoli, Dr. Jyothi Veeramachaneni and Dr. Adam Rench, who will start at all six Aurora Advanced Walk In Services sites. Dr. Joshua Smith joined the Imaging Services Department at the Good Hope and East Mequon Clinics.  Dr. Ijeoma Nwaeza, also joined the Good Hope and East Mequon Clinic as a sports medicine and non-operative orthopedic physician.

Aurora Health Care also recently announced the appointment of Randall Lambrecht to the position of vice president for research and academic relations. In addition, John Daniels Jr. and Joanne Disch, have been added to the not-for-profit organization’s board of directors. Dr. Phillip Beaulieu, a board- certified anesthesiologist, has joined the physicians of Advanced Pain Management. APM is a group of physicians dedicated to diagnosing and treating painful conditions using the most advanced, minimally invasive treatment options available.

ProHealth Care, Waukesha, recently welcomed medical oncologist Dr. Douglas Puffer who joined the Regional Cancer Center team of medical oncologists and cancer specialists at ProHealth Care Medical Associates, serving oncology and hematology patients. Dr. Puffer offers his medical services at ProHealth Care Medical Associates in Menomonee Falls at the Town Hall Road location and in Waukesha at the Stoneridge Drive location.

Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group, Milwaukee, recently welcomed the following specialists to its medical group: Dr. Cresta Wendel Jones, maternal fetal medicine specialist, and Dr. Shannon Graewin, general surgeon.

Legal Services

The law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP, Milwaukee, recently announced that Allison Sell has joined the firm as an associate on the public finance team. She was previously a note and comment editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and served as a judicial intern for Judge Moria Krueger of the Dane County Circuit Court.

Davis & Kuelthau, S.C., Milwaukee, recently announced that Ann Rieger, a shareholder in its Brookfield office, will assume the role of president of the firm. Rieger will be the first female in the firm to hold this position. She will succeed Jim Braza, who held the position of president for three years. 

T.J. Estabrook, an attorney and certified public accountant, recently joined the Milwaukee law firm of O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong S.C. Estabrook’s experience includes representation of clients in connection with tax-free reorganizations, taxable stock and asset sales and divestiture transactions. 

Professional Organizations

The Arthritis Foundation, Wisconsin Chapter, West Allis, recently welcomed Michelle Angelroth to the Health Promotion Department as the health promotion coordinator at the chapter office. The foundation also added Jennifer Haldemann, Katherine Hermansen, Thomas Hrdlick and Nelson Phillips III to its board of directors.

Jewish Family Services, Milwaukee, recently announced its 2008-09 board of directors. Officers include: Nathan Fishbach, Roberta London, Miriam Fleming, Robyn Glick Jensen, Randy Nelson, Weiss Berzowski, Stuart Mukamal and Judith Cranberg. Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin, an organization that helps individuals with disabilities and special needs, recently promoted Nan Upright Sexton to guardianship manager, and Susan Klawien to adult day services director. Amanda Dodds joined Easter Seals as volunteer and employment recruiter, and Sue Hallenbeck joined as events manager.

Professional Services

Stefan Jabkiewicz was recently named an account executive for Wisconsin Automatic Door. Jabkiewicz’s background is in commercial lending in Wisconsin and Illinois, with a focus on the construction industry.

Real Estate

Irgens Development Partners, Wauwatosa, announced the following staff promotions: Jodi Smith, was promoted to controller. She has been with Irgens for 15 years. Kristy Klug was promoted to manager of marketing and graphics. She joined Irgens in 2006 and has seven years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing.
