Advertising & Public Relations

Bader Rutter & Associates Inc, Milwaukee, recently announced the promotion of several associates. Kevin Kahler was promoted to senior interactive media specialist in the agency’s Digital Solutions Group, Zach Szewczyk and Wendy

Mayo were promoted to account executives, and Toni Czajka was promoted to team leader in the agency’s Account Management Group. Erin Malewicki has also joined Bader Rutter as an assistant account executive in the agency’s Account Management Group.

Jennifer Tucci has joined the staff of Ron Sonntag Public Relations, Milwaukee, as the agency’s lead graphic artist and web site designer. Tucci has worked as a web designer for the American Red Cross Oregon Trail Chapter, Portland, Ore., and prior to joining Ron Sonntag Public Relations, she taught English in Tokyo, Japan for two years.

Banking & Finance

Foundations Bank, Pewaukee, recently announced two new additions to the commercial lending team. Jeff Larson was hired as senior vice president of commercial lending. Steve Wyman was also added as vice president of commercial lending. Wyman is a 17 year banking professional.   

Northern Trust Corp., Chicago, recently appointed Steven Schumacher as vice president and portfolio manager in the company’s Milwaukee office. Schumacher has more than 16 years of trust and investment management experience. His most recent position was as a portfolio manager with M&I Investment Management Corp. where he provided asset management services for high net worth individuals, non-profit organizations and corporations.  

Building & Construction

Bloom Companies, LLC, Milwaukee, has restructured by adding a Value Engineering Division. Darrell Berry has been appointed to head the division. Berry has been practicing value engineering nationwide for over 19 years. David Tapia, has also joined Bloom Companies to lead the Highway and Roads Design Division. Chet Zurawik, also recently joined Bloom Companies as a client service manager.

J. P. Cullen & Sons, Inc., Janesville, recently announced the addition of three new employees to the Brookfield Office. Karen Catura, joined the project management team, Diann Balke was added as an administrative assistant, and Liz Hasenstein was added as the receptionist.

Education

Margaret Faut Callahan, a long-time leader in Rush University’s College of Nursing, has been named dean of the Marquette University College of Nursing. Callahan is currently chair of adult health nursing and program director of the nurse anesthesia program at Rush, and has

served as an administrator at the university or at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago for more than 25 years. She is a current member of the Rush University Board of Trustees and University Board of Overseers.

Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, officials recently named David Borst the new Dean of the School of Business and Legal Studies at the University. He is replacing William Ellis who is retiring. Borst had been serving as the executive director of the Office of International Students Services since 2000, and as the director of graduate business programs since 1997. Under Borst’s leadership, seven new emphasis areas in the MBA program have also been created and an advisory council to the MBA program has been established to maintain current and quality curriculum.

Engineering

Karen Mandli-Kading recently joined Applied Technologies, Brookfield, as part of the construction management team. Mandli-Kading has worked in the construction field for thirty years and has been managing projects since the early 1980s.

Insurance

A.N. Ansay & Associates Inc., Port Washington, recently named Deb Bozikowski as dedicated account representative in the Commercial Lines department. Bozikowski has been in the professional liability insurance arena since 1991.

Legal Services

Maureen O’Leary recently joined Willms, S.C., Thiensville, as an associate attorney. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration
and taxation law.

Professional Services

Christopher French has joined RJB Commercial Floor Covering, Inc., Brookfield, as an associate. French has worked for small, privately-held companies and large, publicly-held corporations. He also spent time as a consultant, which led to consultative flooring sales.

Retail

Bayshore Town Center in Glendale recently hired Chris Jaeger as its new general manager. Jaeger worked for 10 years with General Growth Properties, headquartered in Chicago, on the management teams of six different properties in the Midwest, including the grand opening team for Jordan Creek Town Center near Des Moines. Most recently, Jaeger served as the general manager of Oakwood Mall in Eau Claire.

Technology

ReServe Interactive, Delafield, recently announced the addition of Natasha Agresti as a sales account executive. Agresti joins ReServe with more than 10 years of experience with organizations where she garnered practical sales and account management, operations, marketing and customer service expertise.

Fiserv, Inc., Brookfield, recently announced it has hired Don MacDonald as its first chief marketing officer. In his role, MacDonald will focus on refining the company’s brand and product strategies, data analytics and client segmentation MacDonald was previously vice president and general manager of the sales and marketing group and director of global marketing at Intel Corporation, based in San Jose, Calif. MacDonald spent more than 20 years at Intel in a variety of business and marketing roles including positions with Mobile Products, Digital Home, Intel Japan and others.

Capital Data Incorporated, Milwaukee, recently announced the addition of Tim Terry as chief technology officer. Terry brings over 16 years of executive experience in the consultation, design, implementation, management, and automation of comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions across all business verticals.
