Clifton Gunderson LLP, recently announced that Mark Griffin has been named partner of the firm. Griffin joined Clifton Gunderson in 1999 and has more than 20 years of investment experience with institutional and individual investors. He serves as the chief investment officer and is the primary architect of the firm’s strategic and tactical asset allocation policies.

Advertising & Public Relations

Integré Advertising, Waukesha, recently added two new employees to its staff. Beth Kluth was added as a project manager, and Paul Walker as director of client services. Kluth’s background includes similar positions held at Hanson Dodge Creative, Milwaukee, and Seroka & Associates, Waukesha. Walker has worked on both the agency and client sides of the business, having served most recently as a senior research and business strategist at a downtown Milwaukee agency. 

Zizzo Group Advertising and Public Relations, Milwaukee, has promoted Steve Scholler to the position of associate creative director. Scholler now oversees Zizzo Group’s health care and financial clients as well as assumes a directorial role within the agency. He approaches his new position with a total of 13 years of broadcast industry experience, including six years with Zizzo Group.

Layer One Media, a Milwaukee-based Web design and development firm, added Bill O’Neil to the staff as creative director. O’Neil brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the field. He has created award-winning designs for clients like GE Healthcare, SC Johnson Consumer Brands, UW Health Hospitals and Clinics and GiftCertificates.com.

Versant, a Milwaukee-based marketing communications firm, recently announced that Kathleen Waterbury has been named associate creative director. She joined Versant in 1997.

Bader Rutter & Associates Inc., Brookfield, recently hired Kim Wirth as an assistant account executive and promoted Lindsay Sasse to assistant account executive in the agency’s account management group. Prior to joining Bader Rutter, Wirth worked for Publicis Dialog in San Francisco. Sasse joined Bader Rutter in 2007 and most recently served as an administrative assistant.

Banking & Finance

Bank Mutual, Milwaukee, recently announced the appointment of Douglas Luedcke as mortgage loan officer at its Bayshore Town Center office in Glendale. Luedcke most recently held the position of loan officer at another financial institution and has 24 years experience in sales.

Kim Igielski recently joined WaterStone Bank in West Allis as assistant vice president of loan servicing. She has more than 16 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining WaterStone Bank, she held the position of assistant vice president of loan services with Ozaukee Bank.

Building & Construction

Nick Lipinski has joined Mortenson Construction’s Milwaukee office as a project engineer. Lipinski will work closely with multiple project teams to interpret plans and specifications, review and produce detailed shop drawings for field use, and track and report daily job production.

J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. recently announced the promotions of Joe Schmit and Eric Wynn to senior project manager and project foreman, and Doug Finke and Tom Schmitt to superintendents.

Jens Construction Corporation, Pewaukee, recently added Wes Nosek as a project manager. He brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry to the firm. 

Consulting

Mary Jane McCarrier has joined the client service team at Pinnacle XL, Milwaukee, as an account representative. In her new role, McCarrier will be responsible for working on client projects to build and nurture relationships that will result in increased revenue.

David Hoover recently joined Cathedral Consulting Group, LLC, Milwaukee, as a managing director. Prior to joining Cathedral Consulting Hoover held leadership positions at the Heart Hospital of Milwaukee; the Orthopedic Hospital of Wisconsin, and Wheaton Franciscan HealthCare in Glendale. He also practiced business law at Michael Best & Friedrich, LLP, in Milwaukee.

Education

Mary Meyer has been hired as director of the professional skills center at Bryant & Stratton College (BSC), which has campuses in Milwaukee and Wauwatosa. Since 1981 Meyer has held a variety of positions with BSC including roles as an instructor as well as managerial and dean positions. Robert Brown has been hired as academic program director for the business, human resources and accounting programs at the college. He has more than 25 years of experience in the business world serving in numerous management positions as a contracts administrator, grant specialist and administrative analyst. 

Engineering

The Milwaukee office of Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer and Associates, Inc. (GAS), recently announced that Matt Hason joined the firm as an electrical designer and Michael Selode joined the transportation group. Selode will serve as a construction inspector on municipal projects involving utility design and expansion.

Health Care

Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, recently appointed three new directors in anticipation of their expansion set to be complete in spring of 2009. Sarah Currie has been promoted to director of medical-surgical inpatient services, and most recently served as patient care manager of the acute infant care floor of the hospital.
Kay Fischer has been appointed director for pediatric critical care services. She most recently served as a patient care manager in the pediatric intensive care unit and intermediate care, and Lisa Jentsch has been named executive director for southeastern Wisconsin regional services. She brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, and most recently served as patient care manager for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Lactation Management.

Children’s Hospital and Health System recently announced two new additions to its executive staff. Michelle Mettner was hired as vice president of government relations and advocacy and Jim Miller has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Children’s Hospital and Health System Foundation.

Insurance

Integrated Risk Solutions, Inc., Pewaukee, recently named Debbie Kraemer as account executive. Kraemer, licensed in life and health insurance, brings 20 plus years of specialization in self-funded plan administration and employee benefits administration.

Four employees from the Milwaukee office of Wachovia have joined the Milwaukee office of Hays Companies. The new hires are the result of the acquisition of Wachovia’s Milwaukee employee benefits practice by Hays Companies’ Milwaukee office, which was effective June 1. The employees that have joined Hays Companies from Wachovia are: Gwen Snyder, senior consultant and vice president; Greg Hubley, vice president; Dan Robinson, senior consultant and vice president; and Michael Sebastian, consultant.

Investment Services

Brian Lehky and Noaman Sharief recently joined Dana Investment Advisors Inc., Brookfield, as associate vice presidents responsible for portfolio management and security analysis. Lehky has 10 years of municipal bond experience and was previously responsible for bond analysis with Stifel Nicolaus and Robert W. Baird of Milwaukee. Sharief has over eight years of experience working with high net-worth individuals and platform advisors structuring tax efficient, high yielding portfolios.

Legal Services

Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, Milwaukee, recently announced that Eido Walny has joined the firm as a senior associate in the firm’s Wealth Management Group. Walny is certified as an accredited estate planner and as an estate planning law specialist.

Professional Services

Regency Office Products, Milwaukee, recently announced the promotion of Blair Kohlmeyer to district sales manager for the company’s Milwaukee office. Kohlmeyer joined Regency in September 2006, and most recently served as senior account representative in the Milwaukee office.

Kate Walker has joined Kendall Packaging Corp. of Wisconsin and Kansas, as area sales manager for the Southeastern United States territory. She is responsible for introducing Kendall Packaging’s products and services to businesses, ongoing market analysis, and the implementation of marketing campaigns. Walker has more than 12 years of experience in the industry and specialized training in both packaging film and equipment.

Staffing

QPS Companies, Inc., Brookfield, recently expanded its internal staff. In Brookfield, Clare Gajkowski was added as a marketing assistant, Melissa Ferris has been promoted to graphic design specialist, and Brandon Tschacher has been promoted to marketing coordinator. The Mitchell Street office announced the hiring of Aidee Bustos and Imelda Castoneda. Bustos will be a placement coordinator and Castoneda will be a data processor. Michelle Kroncke was also added as a placement coordinator in the West Bend office.
