What has fueled your company’s growth?
“Our growth has been a result of the general industry requirement for automation. In addition, higher demand for food safety and a need for innovative packing/filling equipment.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Our biggest challenge has been to find skilled labor, specifically engineering talent. We have also recognized an ongoing need to adapt our infrastructure and organization due to our rapid growth.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“We are currently looking to hire a project engineer and are planning a restructuring of our project engineering department. We will also be adding additional personnel to our service department.”
Who are the business people you admire?
“It is the company owners with a broad overview for new business opportunities who are influential. The businesses who are able to look for opportunities in acquisition to strengthen their position in the market, but do not lose focus on their core business goals, or sacrifice commitment to customer service, are an example of how to achieve a desired balance between growth and integrity.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“Our forecast is positive with an expected steady growth within our industry. Global competitiveness and pressure on the exchange rate constantly challenge our supplier network; however, we are optimistic about increased opportunities and growth in our business.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“We are aiming to identify ways to meet the need for efficiency and cost savings of packaging processes through optimization, while maintaining or increasing the level of food safety.”
