Oberlin Filter buys site for new HQ

Waukesha-based Oberlin Filter Co. recently purchased a vacant 9.5-acre site at 831 Silvernail Road, Waukesha, from Brookfield-based Briohn Ventures 24 LLC, an affiliate of Briohn Building Corp., according to state records.

Oberlin Filter, a filter manufacturer, bought the site for $1,824,200, according to state records.

Oberlin Filter plans to build a new 92,340-square-foot headquarters facility on the site. The site has room for a future 56,000-square-foot addition, which would be built on the north end of the building. The building will be developed by Briohn.

Oberlin Filter will move to the new facility from its current location in a 56,000-square-foot facility that it owns at 404 Pilot Ct., Waukesha.
