What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I lift weights 2-3 times per week, bike 150-200 miles per week April through November. I also enjoy cross country sking 8 -10 hours per week seasonally.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Fitnes provides me a high energy level for all activities.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness makes international travel much easier in terms of time zone adjustment and gives me more endurance.
