Matt Smith has been named director of retirement sales and strategy at BMO Retirement Services, a part of BMO Global Asset Management. In the new position, Smith will build and further define BMO’s U.S. retirement plan approach. Smith was senior vice president, national DC practice leader at Aon Consulting in Seattle before joining BMO.
