New Berlin-based Titan Building Company was recently awarded a $2.2 million remodeling contract for the Golda Meir Library at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Selzer-Ornst Construction Co. was recently selected to: remodel 24,000 square feet of class A office space for Liberty Mutual in Pewaukee and complete the construction of the new receiving area and expanded kitchen for the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee. Selzer-Ornst is also completing a 10,000-square-foot addition to the Turn-Key Solutions plant in Germantown and the office remodeling for UNUM’s Brookfield location.
