Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Co. recently completed the office space build-out in Brookfield for Liberty Mutual and the new Rotary Performance Pavilion at Hart Park in Wauwatosa. In addition, Selzer-Ornst was selected to complete the remodeling at Harwood Place Retirement Communities in Wauwatosa and to remodel the reception area at Luther Manor in Wauwatosa.
Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. has been contracted to design and perform the remodeling construction of a 9,983-square-foot tenant space for REDCO Foodservice Equipment LLC at 5145 S. Emmer Dr., New Berlin.
