New construction

Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Ausblick Inc. to design and build an 8,000-square-foot maintenance/repair facility at the Ausblick Ski Resort at W260 N6395 Mary Hill Road, Sussex, for repair of snowcats and related ski hill equipment. The architect for the project is Waukesha-based TDI Associates Inc. Gerald Nell Inc. has also been selected by La Crosse-based Kwik Trip Inc. to build a new convenience store, car wash and fueling islands located at 1809 W. St. Paul Avenue in Waukesha.  The existing store will be demolished upon completion of the new store. The architect for that project is La Crosse-based Larson Architect S.C.

Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Co. was selected by U.S. Bank to renovate its branch in Oconomowoc. Selzer-Ornst also recently completed a renovation project at the Congregational Home in Brookfield. Selzer-Ornst is also completing work on the new space for classroom education for WAWI LLC in West Allis. Selzer-Ornst recently completed the building of the Mayfair Physical Therapy office suite on Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa.

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was selected to design and build a 4,750-square-foot office space addition for Force America Inc. at 1601 Airport Road, Waukesha. Briohn also recently completed the design and construction of a 22,500-square-foot building addition for Flexo-Graphics LLC at 12820 W. Glendale Ave., Butler.
