Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by the Food Pantry of Waukesha County to build out and renovate a 14,000-square-foot building at 1301 Sentry Dr., Waukesha. The new space is 3 times the size of the food pantry’s old location and includes a new office, freezer cooler and distribution space. Connolly Architects Inc. did the design work for the project. Gerald Nell was also hired by PAR Food Service to design and build out a 10,000-square-foot space for the new corporate office headquarters and food distribution facility for George Webb restaurants at W229 N1687 Westwood Dr., Waukesha.

Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Company is completing the theater box remodeling project at the Bradley Center in downtown Milwaukee. The project consists of converting six standard luxury boxes into 10 theater boxes, and creating shared space that includes a bar, multiple buffet locations, luxury dining space with reserved banquette seating, and restrooms.

Waukesha-based The Redmond Company was awarded a contract from Spirit Lake, Iowa-based Bank Midwest to design and build a 6,000-square-foot branch in Jackson, Minn.
