Somner Dr., Brookfield; a 5,850-square-foot tenant improvement project for Strand Associates at 126 N. Jefferson St., Milwaukee; a 4,625-square-foot tenant improvement project for Trapp & Hartman at 19395 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield; and a 1,850-square-foot tenant improvement project for Bridgewood at 126 N. Jefferson St., Milwaukee. Inland Construction recently completed a 7,190-sqaure-foot tenant improvement project for Krukowski & Costello Law Offices at 1243 N. 10th St., Milwaukee.
Brookfield-base Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build a 2,100-square-foot tenant improvement for Prairie Orthodontics at 5024 Green Bay Road, Kenosha, and to design and build a retail location for National Pedorthic Services Inc. in Elmbrook Plaza at 2305 N. 124th St., Brookfield. Briohn recently completed the construction of a tenant space improvement for OneMain Financial, formerly CitiFinancial, in One Mayfair Place at 2711 N. Mayfair Road, Suite D, Wauwatosa.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company was selected to design and build a lobby remodeling project for First State Bank in St. Charles, Ill.
