Kenosha-based Riley Construction was selected by Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group to build a 53,935-square-foot speculative industrial building at the southeast corner of South Emmer Drive and Beloit Road in the Towne Corporate Park of New Berlin. The building was designed by Milwaukee-based Zimmerman Architectural Studios Inc. It will be called Towne Industrial New Berlin I.
Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp., has been contracted to complete the design/build of the interior remodeling of an existing Pick ‘N Save store located at 10202 W. Silver Spring Dr., Milwaukee. Briohn recently completed the design/build construction of a 12,310-square-foot single story office building and interior build out for Spectrum Investment Advisors, located at 6329 W. Mequon Road, Mequon.
