Milwaukee Co. Exec. SCOTT WALKER delivered 15,000 signatures to the Government Accountability Board Tuesday as he turned in his nomination papers for governor. The GAB only accepts 4,000 signatures from candidates running for statewide office, and 2,000 valid signatures are required to qualify for the ballot.
