The Park Hill senior apartments in Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood could be expanded, according to plans filed with the city.

The independent senior-housing community is located at 535 W. Concordia Ave. A building-permit application indicates another 13 units could be added on the vacant lot immediately south, at 540 W. Ring St. That’s where a three-story, 38,873-square-foot building is planned.

Park Hill Apartments Associates LP owns the apartment development. Oshkosh-based ACC Management Group Inc. is the property manager.

The building permit application did not provide further project details. The project team was not immediately available for comment.

Park Hill offers one- and two-bedroom affordable units to residents aged 62 or older. According to its website, Park Hill is a gated community in a park-like setting with amenities such as a fitness center and community room.
