More retail planned along Highway 50 in Pleasant Prairie

A Five Guys is planned immediately east of 94th street and just south of Highway 50 in Pleasant Prairie

Several new retail developments are planned on Highway 50 in the Village of Pleasant Prairie.

The Bulls Eye development will include two buildings. The first, a 6,250-square-foot multi-tenant retail building, immediately east of 94th street and just south of Highway 50  in the Prairie Ridge commercial area, will include a Mattress Firm and Chipotle. Next door, a 7,370-square-foot building will include a Five Guys, dental office and Potbelly. All three restaurants at the site will have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Construction is expected to begin this year and is expected to be completed during early summer of 2016.

A 13,300-square-foot multi-tenant building south of Highway 50 and immediately east of the Bulls Eye development will include six tenants. A MOD pizza will occupy 2,497-square-feet and a Corner Bakery will lease 4,010-square-feet. There is space for four other tenants who can lease between 1,471 and 1,809 square feet.

Construction is expected to begin during early spring of 2016 with completion anticipated during the fall of the 2016.

Educators Credit Union is planning to construct a new branch on the Northside of Highway 50, just east of 91st Avenue. The credit union plans to break ground on the 7,280-square-foot branch this year.
