Milwaukee logistics company buys Pewaukee warehouse

An affiliate of a Milwaukee logistics company has purchased the Waukesha All Temp Storage warehouse building in Pewaukee for $5.4 million.

SCL, LLC bought the 192,000-square-foot building from JW Leasing, LLC. SCL, LLC is registered to Scott Linder, president of Lindner Logistics. Scott Linder could not immediately be reached for comment.

The property, at W229 N 1492 Westwood Drive,  is assessed at $5 million, according to county records.

Linder Warehouse started in the early 1970s. In 1994, Scott Linder started Linder Logistics and has expanded the business to four locations, specializing in transportation and warehousing services for items ranging from hazardous materials to food manufacturing, according to the company’s website.

Linder Logistics has three facilities in Milwaukee, 6055 S. 6th Street, 3201 S. 20th Street, 1977 S. Allis Street and one location in Brown Deer at 9153 N. Deerbrook.
