The Milwaukee group also received the 2004 Gold Award for Chapter of the Year in the medium-sized chapter category.

The first place award was given in recognition of local chapter’s performance for the past year, including contributions to Marquette University’s Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program, educational offerings, successful seminars and chapter growth.

Milwaukee Chapter #13 president Angela Fullerton of MLG Management LLC accepted the awards on behalf of the chapter at the IREM Legislative Action Summit held in Washington, D.C.
