After a tour, MGS will conduct a classroom session during which design, mold making, project engineering, programming and CNC machining employees will teach the students about their jobs.

The company is working to strengthen its educational partnerships and let students know about careers in manufacturing. MGS will continue to offer tour and seminars for high school and college students. It also exhibits at career fairs in the area.

MGS hopes to encourage students to stay in school and choose a career path in manufacturing, possibly at MGS.
