Identifying the “champion of change” within any organization that has the vested interest and authority to enact changes within property and facility management.

We have no strategic changes planned for the balance of the 2011 year.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?
This list is long, with good reason. Simply put, I have been blessed, in that every employer I was fortunate to work for exposed me to great and successful entrepreneurs, starched and dedicated corporate executives, and a host of co-workers and supervisors that have grown in their careers with some forming their own, very successful businesses.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
As a service industry, the outlook is strong given we have the opportunity to benefit from the changes taking place in the real estate and facilities industry as a whole.
