What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I walk, bike (or spin class) and sometimes swim for 1- 1.5 hours.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Helps us all work more efficiently, less absenteeism, and reduce stress when we’re all pushing to get a project done or new client on board.
