Tennis 1-2 days per week, aerobic conditioning 1-2 days per week, and weight training 1-2 days per week.

We have a number of relationships and contracts with various health/wellness organizations for different purposes.

As a healthcare provider and research organization, MCW needs to be a leader in the community for fitness and wellness.
