Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of Milwaukee-based The Marcus Company, has named a new general manager of the Hilton Milwaukee City Center.
Mahesh Reddy will manage the hotel after serving as general manager of the Platinum Hotel & Spa in Las Vegas, Nev. for about two years. Reddy has worked for Marcus Hotels & Resorts since 2000. He previously filled leadership roles at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. He has also served as general manager of the Westin Columbus in Columbus, Ohio.
Reddy’s leadership appointment is one of a handful Marcus Hotels & Resorts has recently made at its properties across the country. The company has also named Jim Waldvogel managing director for the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington hotel and Crowne Plaza Minneapolis Northstar Downtown, Chris Zarek general manager of the AC Hotel Chicago Downtown, and Mary Orlando general manager of the Platinum Hotel & Spa in Las Vegas.
