Dickten Masch Plastics LLC, a Nashotah-based thermoplastic and thermoset molder, engineering and tooling services company, recently hired Thomas Walczak as its director of engineering services and Doreen Lettau as its business development manager.
Walczak previously worked at Mercury Marine, where he most recently served as engineering manager for cowling and outboard integration. He has received 13 U.S. patents over the course of his career.
Lettau has held management positions at Brady Corporation and Kelch Corporation (currently part of Bemis Manufacturing). As a member of Brady’s global marketing team, Lettau spearheaded the global corporate branding initiative “When Performance Matters Most,” which earned the team the company’s 2007 President’s Value Award.
Dickten Masch has also promoted Al Leidinger to director of thermoplastic operations in Nashotah. Bruce Kiesling was promoted to director of thermoplastic operations at the company’s facility in Ankeny, Iowa.
