T. Wall Enterprises will hold a groundbreaking ceremony today at the site of its newest project.
Wingra Point Residences, to be located at 1033 High St. in Madison, will feature 67 market-rate apartments with two roof-top terraces, views of the lake and the Capitol, underground parking, a community room and a fitness center.
