- General Rubber Company leased 8,015 square feet of space at 16988 W. Victor Road, Unit 16988, New Berlin, from Anchor Management Services X LLC. The owner of General Rubber Company recently sold its previous site, located on the northeast side of Milwaukee, which housed the company’s operations for the past 20 years.
