Learn more about:

Kuehn Rubber Corp., d.b.a. Marian Milwaukee Inc., recently purchased a 34,000-square-foot industrial building at N51 W13251 Brahm Ct., Menomonee Falls, from Harris Mid America Holdings Inc. for $1.1 million, or about $32.35 per square foot. The building is located in the Falls Business Park.
Kuehn Rubber will move its operations from a 17,000-square-foot building at 2208 S. 38th St., Milwaukee, to the Menomonee Falls building.

Kuehn bought the Menomonee Falls building because it needed more space, Barry said.
