Kenosha site for Aurora cancer center sold for $1.75 million

Kenosha Healthcare Properties LLC, a subsidiary of Appleton-based The Boldt Company, recently purchased an 11.4-acre site near I-94 and Highway 50 in Kenosha for $1.747 million. Boldt plans to build a $31 million, 61,082-square-foot complex on the site for Aurora Health Care for use as a cancer treatment and a pain management and ophthalmology center.

Boldt is the developer and construction manager for the project and will own the building. It will be leased to Aurora.

The property is located at 118th Avenue and 68th Street, next to a Steinhafels store and across the street from a Gander Mountain store. The site is close to Aurora’s existing Kenosha hospital at 10400 75th St.

The property was sold by Kenosha Land-2012 LLC, which was represented by The Boerke Company.
