  • Saturday, March 10 and Sunday, March 11 Go Behind the Scenes at the Zoo. Talk to zoologists and see sights not available to the general public. Behind the scenes is free with regular admission to the zoo which is $11.75 or $10.75 for seniors and $8.75 for children ages 3 to 12.

  • Saturday, March 10 Milwaukee’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held in downtown Milwaukee. The parade starts at third and Wisconsin and then proceeds east to Plankington and north to Kilbourn and west again to Old World Third and proceeds to Water Street. The Milwaukee tradition is free to attend.
  • Saturday, March 10 The Milwaukee Admirals will take on the Rockford Ice Hogs at the Bradley Center starting at 7 p.m. For tickets or additional game information visit www.milwaukeeadmirals.com.
  • Sunday, March 11 The Milwaukee Wave will take on the Missouri Wave in a playoff game at the U.S. Cellular Arena at 3 p.m. The team, along with team owner Jim Lindenberg, is offering a special buy one get one ticket offer to help fans “Experience the Wave” The promotion is good for premier level tickets, $16. The team hopes to pack as many Wave fans in the stands as possible. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Wave box office at 414-224-9283 or by printing off the B.O.G.O ticket order form from the Milwaukee Wave website.
