What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? My fitness routine consists of 30 minutes of streching excercises each morning and workout 65 minutes every other day on the treadmill and do recumbent bicycle exercises.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Seven years ago I lost 122 pounds in just six months. I am now 65-years-old and feel better than I did in my 30s.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness provides productivity.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? We stress it internally and also to our clients

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? It will totally improve the Quality of your life and the length.
