Jack Safro Toyota, located at 20445 W. Capitol Dr, Brookfield, plans to demolish the existing dealership buildings and build a new 77,500-square-foot dealership in its place.
The site currently consists of two auto dealership buildings and a bank spread out over an 18-acre site. All of them would demolished to make way for the new dealership, which would be built on a 7.68-acre site.
The new dealership will have a larger and improved service department compared to the existing facility.

Demolition of the first building could begin in mid-summer. Construction of the new dealership could be complete at the end of spring 2015.
