Inpro acquires Buffalo manufacturer

Muskego-based Inpro Corp. has acquired Buffalo, N.Y.-based Fireline 520 LLC, one of the nation’s premier designers and manufacturers of fire barriers for expansion joints.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Fireline 520 will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Inpro will maintain its staff and production operations in Buffalo.

Fireline 520 holds several patents incorporating vapor and water barrier systems to reduce a building’s exposure to the elements.
