A home on Pewaukee Lake has been sold for $2 million, according to state records.

The 9,300-square-foot home sits on a roughly 1.1-acre site in the city of Pewaukee’s Rocky Point subdivision. It includes six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and entire walls of windows that overlook the lake, according to Realtor.com. It also features 119 feet of lake frontage and a lower-level entertainment area.

The property is assessed at $1.8 million, according to Waukesha County records.

It was purchased by James Tarantino from previous owner Paul George. Tarantino is the founder and principal of Waukesha-based Capri Senior Communities, as well as commercial real estate firm Tarantino & Co. LLC and general contractor Trisect Inc.
