Green Bay firm expands with new equipment

Learn more about:

Rol-Tec, a Green Bay-based manufacturer of precision rubber-covered rollers and related products located, is investing between $850,000 and $1 million to equip its facility with new laser engraving equipment.

The expansion will add up to 24 new jobs.

Rol-Tec’s products are used in a variety of industries and the company is a leader in flexographic printing output, which produces quality impressions on many different substrates. This new laser technology will help Rol-Tec expand their product offering to better serve this growing flexographic industry both in Wisconsin and throughout North America.

“Rol-Tec has positioned itself as a leader in its industry, and is investing in new equipment to better serve its customers and to continue to grow,” Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker said.

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) has approved $80,000 in tax credits for the expansion. The tax credits will be distributed annually based on the number of new full-time positions created over a three-year period.
