Gourmet cookie franchise coming to Drexel Town Square

Second location planned for Milwaukee area

Logan, Utah-based Crumbl Cookies will open a new franchise location at Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek.

The gourmet cookie delivery store is planned at 160 W. Town Square Way, according to a Plan Commission public hearing notice. The March 9 hearing is for signage installation on the north and south sides of the multi-tenant commercial building, which includes Five Guys, Mod Pizza, Potbelly and Men’s Hair House.

Wes Henrie is listed as the store owner. He also owns Crumbl Cookies’ Delafield franchise location, which is slated to open soon at the Nagawaukee Shopping Center, according to city documents.

Crumbl Cookies has a weekly rotating menu of four (out of more than 120) specialty flavors, in addition to its mainstay milk chocolate chip cookie and chilled sugar cookie. Specialty flavors include cinnamon swirl, caramel popcorn and peanut butter bar.

The Delafield and Oak Creek stores will be the third and fourth Wisconsin locations for Crumbl Cookies, which has grown rapidly since 2017 to 157 locations in 29 states. Its other Wisconsin stores are located in the Madison area.
