Franklin Energy expands into the Northeast

Port Washington-based Franklin Energy Services LLC, a national energy efficiency program implementation firm, today announced the expansion of its operations in the Northeast United States.

 
The expansion reflects the company’s continued growth in implementing energy efficiency programs for clients throughout the nation.

Franklin Energy opening new offices in Long Island City, N.Y., and Bala Cynwyd, Pa. Employees at both locations focus solely on achieving the energy efficiency goals for local utility partners.

“We are excited about strengthening our focus and capabilities throughout the Northeast, especially in the areas of multifamily, commercial and industrial, and trade ally management,” said Dan Tarrence, president at Franklin Energy. “With the addition of these two offices, we have grown to nearly 400 employees with offices in 12 states – we are committed to bringing innovation and excellence in customer satisfaction for our utility clients’ energy efficiency portfolios.”

Founded in 1994, Franklin Energy designs and implements customized solutions for utilities, municipalities and government bodies that help promote the efficient consumption of electricity and natural gas to end-use residential and business customers.
