NorthSide Community Bank has sued to collect nearly $8.2 million on a three-building office complex near O’Hare International Airport that was hurt this year by the loss of a key tenant, building products maker USG Corp.
A venture managed by Larry Katz of real estate firm Katz Management Group Inc. did not make the February and March mortgage payments on the O’Hare Aerospace Center in Schiller Park, the Chicago-based bank alleges in a foreclosure complaint filed in Cook County Circuit Court.
