MGIC re-elects board members

Milwaukee-based MGIC Investment Corp.‘s shareholders re-elected four directors who each will serve three-year terms on the company’s board of directors. The re-elected board members are: Karl Case, Curt Culver, William McIntosh and Leslie Muma.

  • Culver is the company’s chairman and CEO.
  • Case is the Katharine Coman and A.Barton Hepburn Professor of Economics at Wellesley College.
  • McIntosh was a managing director at Salomon Brothers Inc., an investment banking firm, when he retired in 1995 after 35 years of service. He is also a director of Northwestern Mutual Series Fund Inc.
  • Muma is the retired former CEO of Brookfield-based Fiserv Inc.

Associated Wealth Management adds senior vice president, director of private banking

Associated Wealth Management, part of Green Bay-based Associated Banc-Corp., announced recently that James M. Hansberry has joined the company as senior vice president, private banking director. In this newly established position, Hansberry will provide managerial guidance and strategic direction for the company’s private banking business line. Hansberry has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He spent more than 20 years with Rockford-based Amcore Bank.

“We are pleased to welcome Jim to Associated Wealth Management,” said Mark McMullen, executive vice president, Wealth Management Director. “His experience and expertise will strengthen our team as we continue to execute our growth strategies.”
