Kolb+Co. SC, Brookfield, recently added Emily Kwas as an accounting associate. Kwas joins Kolb+Co. with six years of experience in administrative support. In addition, an affiliate of Kolb+Co. SC, Brookfield, Kolb+Co. Medical Billing, LLC, Milwaukee, recently welcomed Susan Wejrowski as an accounts receivable specialist.  Wejrowski has four years’ experience as an office manager.

The Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, has promoted five individuals and added two new members to its staff. Michelle Haslam has been hired as a compliance specialist, and Melissa Wittig has been hired as member communications specialist. The league has also promoted: Joanne Whiting to executive vice president and chief advocacy officer; Mary Bliss to executive vice president and chief operating officer; Tom Liebe to vice president of government affairs; Jill Weber to director of member solutions, and Chad Helminak to public relations specialist.

Waukesha State Bank has elected Douglas Hastad and Barbara Weeks Thompson to its board of directors. Hastad is the president of Carroll College in Waukesha. Thompson is the president and chief executive officer of The Roberts Group Inc., a Waukesha-based company she founded in 1981 as one of the nation’s first full-service advertising agencies dedicated to health care marketing.
In addition to adding two new members, the bank announced that Beverly Chappie, former executive director of the Christoph Memorial YWCA, will serve as an honorary member of the board after actively serving as a director for the last 25 years.
Waukesha State Bank’s board roster also includes: Carl Geraldson, secretary-treasurer, Precision Gears Inc.; John Pugh, senior vice president, Waukesha State Bank (retired); Kenneth Riesch, president, R&R Insurance Services Inc.; Daniel Shepard, executive vice president, Waukesha State Bank; Fred Stier, president, Stier Construction Inc.; Dawn Tabat, chief operations officer, Generac Power Systems Inc.; Don Taylor, vice president, Waukesha State Bank; Ty Taylor, president and CEO, Waukesha State Bank; and Ford Titus, president/CEO of ProHealth Care Inc.

Port Washington State Bank, Port Washington, recently hired Robert Helm as vice president of business banking. Helm has 16 years of business banking experience. He began his career with Ozaukee Bank as a business relationship officer, and was most recently vice president of business banking with M&I Bank.

Doreen Buntrock of West Bend Savings Bank has been named the new president of Economic Development/Washington County (EDWC), succeeding Andy Gumm.
Other new officers of the organization are Tony Warren of West Bend Mutual Insurance Co. as vice president; David Nixon of the University of Wisconsin-Washington County as secretary; and Pat Thomey of Monster Medic as treasurer.

Bank Mutual, Milwaukee, recently promoted Trent Willihnganz to the position of vice president of commercial banking at its Monroe office located at 201 N. Monroe Avenue in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Willihnganz has been with Bank Mutual since 2006, serving as a commercial banker.
