What has fueled your company’s growth? “Our growth has been fueled by focusing on hiring highly experienced, well-respected professionals. The majority of our growth has come via repeat clients and word of mouth which is a testament to the superior service our clients receive from our professionals.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “Based on our business model we don’t see many obstacles to our continued growth. We are looking to maintain a steady, controlled growth through key professional hires. We understand clients hire the person, not the company. Therefore, finding the right professionals that fit in our culture will be the most difficult obstacle to overcome to continue our growth.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? “Our plan is to continue to explore new service offerings and markets through key hires.”
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “There are no individuals that we have looked to to shape Endpoint Solutions, but instead there are individual traits that we admire. We’ve made a concerted effort to focus on honesty and integrity in all aspects of our client and employee relationships. In addition, egos have no place at Endpoint.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “Based on our experience, the outlook for the foreseeable future looks very good. The manufacturing sector appears to be on a long upward trajectory which leads to increased need for environmental compliance, reporting and training, as well as facility expansion plans. In addition, property transactions appear to be on an upswing leading to increased due diligence activity.”
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “Endpoint was established in July 2008 near the start of the recession. The recession forced us to move out of our comfort zones to develop a new business model as well as new market areas.”
