What has fueled your company’s growth?: “We help customers manage the design, implementation and supply chain of the computer or display component of their end product. We use Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) technology where possible, and we are able to complement it with custom components and software where necessary. Customers get their product to market faster, often with a competitive performance advantage, and we let them free up scarce resources to be allocated where they can deliver better ROI.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?:“Finding talented employees with the right skill set, as well as the right set of values, to help our business right now, and also into the future.”

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?:“We are planning for controlled growth over the next several years, and that requires a larger facility. We expect to move to a larger space in the second half of 2014.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “Ours is a specific subset of the larger computer and display market; while that larger market will see flat or even negative growth over the next several months, we anticipate steady growth as more companies come to appreciate our value proposition. In particular, we look forward to providing products to US companies that are currently buying from Asian suppliers.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?: “John Chambers, at Cisco. He has an aggressive drive to build a successful business while being an active leader in the business and community.”

What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now?: “We are broadening our value proposition to include designing and integrating components and full systems central to our customer’s core application. Our growth in scale, credentials, reference accounts in large markets and strong financials also enable us to successfully target larger prospective customers in our target verticals.”
