The property has an assessed value of about $1.4 million, according to county records.

The home was sold by Steven Kobliska of Oconomowoc to James Emling, according to state records. Kobliska is the president of New Berlin-based K.G. Stevens Inc. Emling is the founder and chief executive officer of Pewaukee-based SilentBoost Consulting Group.
