Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin sold its former West Allis headquarters building for $1.7 million, according to state records.  Easterseals SE Wisconsin recently announced it has relocated to a smaller nearby space in the Summit Place office complex, a move that the organization said will provide savings from decreased overhead and operational costs.  The buyer of the
