Lake Geneva-based Trostel Ltd. announced that Steven Dyer has been appointed president and chief executive officer of the firm, which manufactures custom seals, precision molded rubber products and custom rubber compounds.

Dyer most recently served as president and CEO of Dickten Masch Plastics, which he helped expand through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, the Nashotah-based company grew from a regional molder with $47 million in annual revenue to a plastics industry leader with operations in four states and overseas and annual revenues of $175 million.

“Steve is a proven leader, and I’m confident in his ability to drive the growth and operational excellence that is critical to success in today’s manufacturing environment,” said J. Douglas Gray, chairman of Trostel.
