Development group buys land in Kenosha where it plans to build nearly 800-unit multi-family project

Strawberry Fields development planned north of Highway 50, west of I-94

The developers behind the planned Strawberry Fields multi-family project have acquired the 76.5-acre Kenosha site where the nearly 800 housing units will be built. According to state records, the swath of land at 13620 75th St. was recently acquired for $5.2 million by CCM-Strawberry Fields Holdings LLC. The group is registered to West Allis-based Cardinal Capital
