George Webb HQ building sold for $1.125 million
The 17,000-square-foot headquarters building for George Webb Corp. at N7 W22081 Johnson Road in Pewaukee was sold recently by Stamm Realty LLC to NT Caputo Real Estate LLC for $1.125 million.
Stephen Provacher of NAI MLG Commercial represented Stamm Realty and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial represented NT Caputo.
The building was built in 1998 for George Webb’s headquarters. George Webb, a chain of 36 restaurants in Wisconsin, will soon move its headquarters to a 10,000-square-foot building at W229 N1687 Westwood Dr., Pewaukee, which it leased recently from Sunset Investment Co.
NT Caputo plans to lease the Johnson Road building to Melrose Park, Ill.-based Wiscon Corp., a manufacturer and processor of Italian cheese. The building has 11,500 square feet of industrial space and 5,500 square feet of office space.
“The building was listed for less than 30 days when we got it under contract to NT Caputo,” Provancher said. “Due to the quality of construction, the size of the facility, its interior coolers and freezers and its location in Pewaukee close to I-94, the building had a lot of interested parties considering a purchase or lease of the facility. Wiscon will be occupying the facility as an additional location to manufacture and process cheese, which will allow them to expand their operations in Wisconsin.”
